Using only the best ingredients and sourcing local as much as we possibly can, our sourdough doughnuts are hand formed and made in small batches.
Natural Made from Scratch Dyes
We never use chemical food coloring, and instead, we get creative with how to derive colors and flavors for our made from scratch glazes.
Local Edible Dye Flowers
We use a plethora of edible dye flowers from a local dye flower garden and extract some vibrant colors. Pictured to the right is Jet Black Hollyhock.
Powdered & Juiced Foods
We use a wide range of other foods in either a powdered form or a juiced form to help get more coloring and flavor in our glazes. Anything from activated charcoal, spirulina, cranberry powder, carrots, and everything in between.
